Tuesday Evening: Vinyasa Yoga

Practice starts with a gentle flow of vinyasa to warm the body and prepare for relaxing, restorative yoga. A great way to release held tension and a great way to move into a meditative state and the end of the day. $ 10 drop-in 

Wednesday Evening: Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga 

In this dynamically-paced practice, focus is given to posture refinement as participants are challenged physically to build strength and mental confidence.  $10 drop-in



Saturday Morning: Yin Yoga 

Yin yoga is best received by muscles when they're still cool, so this class meets at 8:30 in the morning. Yin yoga allows work beyond muscle into joints and ligaments by holding a series of floor poses for three to five minutes each. It's harder than you might think! $10 drop-in
