Yoga practice is at the heart of what we do. This means we recognize that each person is on a unique journey. The experience of a yoga pose is different from one side of the body to the other, and from day to day. And through practice, we have an oppportunity to show ourselves compassion as we recognize these differences.
We invite you to gather into this comfortable space for an intimate experience. The speciality here is one-on-one attention to each student. We encourage physical movement, stress reduction, & awareness.

The origin of practice at the Yoga Studio is Hatha based and includes Vinyasa Flow and Yin. Classes at the Yoga Studio currently meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.
